Pip and Pod’s minimim order is $90 wholesale value including GST or a minimum of 30 units for all top up orders thereafter.
Pre-payment is required on all new orders. We accept Visa/Mastercard/AMEX or Direct Deposit
There is a minimum quantity of 5 units per design for orders purchased on a wholesale basis.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Pip and Pod accepts payments via direct deposit, the Stripe secure payment gateway and PayPal.
Stripe is a secure online payment system that allows the user to make purchases without leaving the merchant’s website.
You can use your existing PayPal account, or you can create one very simply. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) to pay for your order, that is easy with PayPal too.
You will be redirected to PayPal’s website and sent a transaction confirmation email once the order process is complete, you will then be returned to Pip and Pod’s website.
We post to any delivery address within Australia using courier service Sendle. We are not currently distributing our products internationally.
We have a flat rate of $8.95 for all parcels exceeding 10 units.
Pip and Pod is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
All products are purchased on a firm sale basis unless you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order.
The quality of our product is very important to us and if you have an issue with any of products due to faulty printing or craftsmanship or if we have made a mistake with your order we will readily replace the product, fix your order or arrange a refund for you within 14 days of receival.
