All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Pip and Pod accepts payments via direct deposit, the Stripe secure payment gateway and PayPal.
Stripe is a secure online payment system that allows the user to make purchases without leaving the merchant’s website.
You can use your existing PayPal account, or you can create one very simply. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) to pay for your order, that is easy with PayPal too.
You will be redirected to PayPal’s website and sent a transaction confirmation email once the order process is complete, you will then be returned to Pip and Pod’s website.
We post to any delivery address within Australia using Australia Post. We are not currently distributing our products internationally.
Pip and Pod is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the products purchased and the delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and added to the total before checkout.
Our customers can choose between:
Australia Post’s regular Parcel Post service which is estimated to be received within 2–5 business days of the parcels being posted.
Express Post service, which is guaranteed next day delivery to certain locations in Australia. Please check the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html to check your location before choosing this option.
For wholesale customers, we will calculate shipping costs once your invoice is processed. Please see our Wholesale Terms and Conditions page.
The quality of our product is very important to us and if you have an issue with any of products due to faulty printing or craftsmanship or if we have made a mistake with your order we will readily replace the product, fix your order or arrange a refund for you within 14 days of receival.

If you have not purchased the item through the Pip and Pod website, please return it to the original place of purchase along with the receipt so the retailer can then organise an exchange or refund at their discretion.
