Payment methods

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Pip and Pod accepts payments via direct deposit, and the Stripe secure payment gateway.

Stripe is a secure online payment system that allows the user to make purchases without leaving the merchant’s website.

 

Postage

We post to any delivery address within Australia using Australia Post. We are not currently distributing our products internationally.

Pip and Pod is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the products purchased
 and the delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and added to the total
before checkout.

Our customers can choose between:

Australia Post’s regular Parcel Post service which is estimated to be received within 2­­–5 business days of the parcels being posted.

For wholesale customers, we will calculate shipping costs once your invoice is processed. Please see our Wholesale Terms and Conditions page.

 

Returns policy

The quality of our product is very important to us and if you have an issue with any of products due to faulty printing or craftsmanship or if we have made a mistake with your order we will readily replace the product, fix your order or arrange a refund for you within 14 days of recieval.

Please inform us of the date you placed your order and the reason for your return and we will be in touch to help you return it back to us.

 

If you have not purchased the item through the Pip and Pod website, please return it to the original place of purchase along with the receipt so the retailer can then organise an exchange or refund at their discretion.
